Description
SULT1C2 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 316 amino acids (1-296 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37kDa. The SULT1C2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SULT1C2 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM DTT.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
