Description
SDCBP produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 318 amino acids (1-298a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 34.6kDa.
SDCBP is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SDCBP protein solution (0.5mg/1ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl Buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl, and 40% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
