Description
Tetanus toxin is the neurotoxin produced by the vegetative spore of Clostridium tetani in anaerobic conditions, causing tetanus.
Recombinant Anti Tetanus produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing a hexahistidine tag and having a molecular weight of 37 kDa.
Tetanus Antibody is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Tetanus is supplied in 1x PBS (pH 7.4) and 0.09% azide

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined byAnalysis by RP-HPLC.
Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
