TGF-b 1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 112 amino acids fragment (279-390) having a molecular weight of 17.3kDa and fused with a 4.5kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
The TGF-b 1 His is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
TGF-b 1 His-Tag protein is supplied in 25mM NaAcetate pH 4.8 and 50% glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
