Description
The E.coli derived recombinant protein contains the outer membrane T.Pallidum p41 immunodominant regions. The protein is fused with a Beta-galactosidase tag.

Applications
Treponema pallidum is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of T. Pallidum with minimal specificity problems.

Formulation
10mM Tris-HCl pH8.0, 1mM EDTA, 1mMDTT and 8M urea.

Treponema pallidum protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity
Treponema pallidum protein is >90% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).

Specificity
Immunoreactive with sera of T.Pallidum infected individuals.
