Description
TREM1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 180 amino acids fragment (21-200) corresponding to mature soluble extracellular domain fragment of TREM-1, having a total molecular mass of 24.76kDa and fused with a 4.5kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
The TREM1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
TREM1 protein is supplied in 20mM Tris-Hcl pH-8, and 50% glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
