Description
TPM2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 304 amino acids (1-284a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 35.1kDa.
TPM2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The TPM2 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0)
1mM DTT, 100mM NaCl and 30% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
