Applications
Western blot with SLE sera (secondary Sjogren¡¯s syndrome).

Coating concentration
0.2-0.6 ug/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for biotinylation and iodination.

Description
TROVE2 is a natural protein having a molecular mass of 60kDa. TROVE2 is purified from bovine tissues by protein-chemical methods.

TROVE2 is supplied in 16mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 400mM NaCl, and 20% glycerol.

Immunological function
Binds IgG-type human auto-antibodies.

Immunological tests
Standard ELISA test (checkerboard analysis of positive/negative sera panels); immunodot test with positive/negative sera panels.

Purity
Greater than 60% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Bovine tissues.

Storage Conditions
