Description
RO-60 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 60kDa.
The RO-60 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The protein solution contains 6M Urea, 500mM NaCl, 500mM imidazole and 10mM Tris pH-6.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Protein quantitation was carried out by using 0.5 - 2.0 mg/ml Bradford assay vs. BSA.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
