Description
TBCA Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 108 amino acids (1-108 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 12.8 kDa.
The TBCA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The TBCA solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer pH 7.5, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
TBCA although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
