Description
Recombinant Human RPS27A protein biotinylated with NHS-biotin produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing a total of 76 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8.6 kDa.

Formulation
The RPS27A is supplied in 1x PBS and 0.05% PBS.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered colorless liquid formulation.

RPS27A Protein biotinilation is determined by Western Blotting and ELISA analysis using streptavidin¨CHRP conjugated as a detection reagent. Free biotin is eliminated by dialysis against PBS. Protein concentration is determined by 280nm absorbance.

Stability
Lyophilized RPS27A although stable at 15¡ãC for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage, to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
