Description
UPP1 E.Coli Recombinant protein produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 273 amino acids (1-253) and having a molecular mass of 29.3 kDa. UPP1 is fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
UPP1 1mg/ml solution contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 50mM NaCl and 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
