Description
HRAS Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 194 amino acids (1-186 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22 kDa. HRAS protein is fused to a 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by standard chromatography.

Formulation

0.5mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris HCl pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, & 20% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.
