Description
VEGF Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 141 amino acids (205-324 a.a.) and having a total molecular mass of 16.3kDa.
Mouse VEGF is fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The Mouse VEGF contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
Mouse VEGF although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
