Description
VAMP4 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 123 amino acids (1-115 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 14.5kDa.
VAMP4 is fused to 8 amino acids His Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The VAMP4 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.1M NaCl, and 20% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
