Description
WWOX Human Recombinant fused with 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 254 amino acids (1-234 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.3 kDa.
The WWOX is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The WWOX solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris pH-8, & 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 85.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.

Stability
WWOX although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
