Beta 2 Microglobulin Human Recombinant, B2M Human Recombinant, 50ug |
Description
B2 Microglobulin Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 11.76 kDa.
The B2M is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The protein was lyophilized from a concentrated solution (1mg/ml) containing PBS (pH 7.4) and 0.05% NaN3.
Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized B2M in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Source
Escherichia Coli.
Stability
Lyophilized B2M although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution B2M should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below
-18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Synonyms
Beta-2-microglobulin, B2M.
