Description
PEX Human Recombinant is expressed as inclusion bodies in E.coli having a molecular mass of 28,453 Dalton and subsequently refolded in vitro to get biological activity.

The protein was lyophilized with 2mM Tris pH-7.4.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the PEX in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized PEX although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution PEX should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below
-18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
