Description
The Human PTGDS His-Tagged Recombinant Protein, produced in E. coli, is 20.3 kDa protein containing 168 amino acid residues of the human PTGDS and 14 additional amino acid residues - HisTag (underlined).

Formulation
Filtered (0.4 micron) and lyophilized from 0.5 mg/ml in 20mM Tris buffer, 20mM NaCl, pH 7.5.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized PTGDS in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Source
Escherichia Coli.

Stability
Lyophilized PTGDS although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution PTGDS should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below
-18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
