Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids fragment (5-169) and having a molecular mass of 23.6 kDa.
The VEGF is fused to His-tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
VEGF His (0.053 mg/ml) is supplied in 20mM Tris HCl (Ph 8), 50% glycerol, 0.05mM DTT.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
